PFRDA Assistant Manager Online Form की प्रक्रिया 03 September 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है। Eligible candidates 24 September 2026 तक online application और fee payment कर सकते हैं। Phase-I examination 15 October 2026 और Phase-II examination 20 November 2026 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।

PFRDA Grade A Eligibility & Age Limit
1. General Stream – 25 Posts
Candidate के पास recognized University/Institute से निम्न में से कोई qualification होनी चाहिए:
- Master's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma of minimum 2 years duration in any discipline; या
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); या
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; या
- ACA/FCA from ICAI; या
- ACS/FCS from ICSI; या
- ACMA/FCMA from ICMAI; या
- CFA from CFA Institute.
2. Research Stream – 2 Posts
Research stream के लिए Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning तथा संबंधित prescribed subjects में Master's Degree / minimum 2-year Post Graduate Diploma आदि qualifications स्वीकार्य हैं। Detailed subject requirements official notification में देखें।
3. Actuary Stream – 2 Posts
Recognized University/Institute से Graduation के साथ Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) Examination के सभी 7 Core Principles subjects में Pass या Exemption होना चाहिए।
4. Official Language (Rajbhasha) – 1 Post
Hindi/Hindi Translation में Master's Degree के साथ Bachelor's level पर English subject अथवा notification में निर्धारित अन्य eligible language combination की qualification आवश्यक है।
Age Limit
Age की गणना 31 July 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी। Candidate की age 30 years से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए अर्थात candidate का जन्म 01 August 1996 या उसके बाद होना चाहिए।
- SC/ST: applicable reserved vacancies के लिए अधिकतम 5 years relaxation.
- OBC (NCL): applicable reserved vacancies के लिए अधिकतम 3 years relaxation.
- PwBD और Ex-Servicemen candidates को notification के अनुसार अतिरिक्त age relaxation मिलेगी।
PFRDA Grade A Selection Process & Exam Pattern
PFRDA Officer Grade A Assistant Manager Recruitment में selection तीन चरणों में होगा:
- Phase-I: Online Screening Examination
- Phase-II: Online Examination
- Phase-III: Interview

Phase-I में दोनों papers में 1/4th negative marking होगी। Phase-I marks केवल Phase-II के लिए shortlisting में उपयोग होंगे और final selection में count नहीं किए जाएंगे।

Phase-II में Paper 2 पर 1/4th negative marking होगी। Phase-II से vacancies की संख्या के लगभग 5 times candidates को merit के आधार पर Phase-III Interview के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा।
Final Selection
Final selection में Phase-II के marks को 85% weightage और Phase-III Interview को 15% weightage दिया जाएगा। Final merit Phase-II और Interview के combined performance के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
PFRDA Grade A Salary & Job Details
PFRDA Officer Grade A का pay scale ₹62,500 – 3,600(4) – ₹76,900 – 4,050(7) – ₹1,05,250 – EB – 4,050(4) – ₹1,21,450 – 4,650(1) – ₹1,26,100 है।
PFRDA notification के अनुसार वर्तमान में minimum scale पर allowances तथा PFRDA contribution आदि सहित gross emoluments लगभग ₹2,05,000 प्रति माह हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses, Personal Accident Insurance, Education Allowance, Housing Allowance आदि benefits भी admissible हैं।
Selected candidates को 2 years probation पर रखा जाएगा। Posting New Delhi/Mumbai के अलावा Authority की requirement के अनुसार India में कहीं भी हो सकती है।
