- Planning में 4-Year Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution; OR
- Relevant Planning field में prescribed Post Graduate Degree such as Town Planning, Urban Planning, Housing Planning, Rural Planning, Infrastructure Planning, Regional Planning, Traffic & Transportation Planning, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or Environmental Planning.
