Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) ने Medical Education Department, Uttar Pradesh (Allopathy) में Professor और Assistant Professor के पदों पर बड़ी direct recruitment शुरू कर दी है। Advertisement No. D-1/E-1/2026 के तहत कुल 1156 vacancies जारी की गई हैं।
इस recruitment में 44 Professor और 1112 Assistant Professor posts शामिल हैं। Vacancies अलग-अलग medical specialties में हैं, इसलिए candidate को अपने speciality/post की educational qualification और required experience अलग से carefully verify करना जरूरी है।

Professor Eligibility
Professor posts की eligibility speciality-specific है। Broadly relevant specialty में prescribed postgraduate / super-specialty medical qualification के साथ required teaching experience और अन्य conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।

Professor Experience Requirement
कई Professor specialties में relevant subject में recognized medical institution में Associate Professor के रूप में लगभग 3 years का prescribed experience required है। कुछ posts में Armed Forces या specific medical-specialty experience के alternative provisions भी दिए गए हैं।
Research publication और training-course conditions भी speciality के अनुसार अलग हो सकती हैं। इसलिए केवल basic PG degree देखकर Professor post के लिए eligibility assume न करें।
Assistant Professor Eligibility
Assistant Professor posts के लिए भी qualification speciality-wise अलग है। Broadly संबंधित medical specialty में prescribed MD / MS / DNB या equivalent specialty qualification required है।
कई specialties में degree के बाद recognized medical institution में Senior Resident के रूप में prescribed experience required है। Certain super-specialty या alternative qualification routes के लिए अलग conditions लागू हैं।
