U.P. Nurses & Midwives Council, Lucknow का online Nursing Registration portal active है। Nursing course complete करने वाले eligible candidates अपने applicable course और passout category के अनुसार online registration application submit कर सकते हैं।
यह कोई government-job recruitment form या admission entrance form नहीं है। इस process का purpose eligible nursing candidates का professional registration U.P. Nurses & Midwives Council के साथ complete करना है। Council nurses, General Nurse & Midwives, Health Worker (Female), B.Sc Nursing और Auxiliary Nurse Midwives सहित prescribed nursing categories का registration करता है।
Current online portal पर UP passout और other-state passout candidates के लिए अलग course options उपलब्ध हैं। Fee भी qualification और passout category के अनुसार अलग है। Official Council fee page के अनुसार सभी listed fees पर 18% GST extra लागू है और payment online portal के माध्यम से की जाती है।
Application submit करने से पहले documents और photograph/signature carefully prepare करना जरूरी है। Official instructions के अनुसार payment के बाद applicant details, uploaded photograph और documents में further changes permitted नहीं होते, इसलिए final preview बहुत ध्यान से check करें।

Official online-registration instructions के अनुसार निम्न documents upload करने होते हैं:

Photograph Requirements
- Recent passport-style colour photograph होना चाहिए।
- Photograph Nursing College के Principal द्वारा duly attested होना चाहिए।
- Minimum dimension लगभग 3 CM width × 3.5 CM height prescribed है।
- Image कम से कम 300 DPI की होनी चाहिए।
- File size official instructions में 200–500 KB दी गई है।
- Format JPG होना चाहिए।
Signature Requirements
- Signature applicant का अपना होना चाहिए।
- White paper पर Black या Blue ink pen से sign करें।
- Signature Nursing College Principal द्वारा duly attested होना चाहिए।
- Minimum dimension लगभग 6 CM × 3.5 CM prescribed है।
- Minimum 300 DPI scan रखें।
- Official specified file size 200–500 KB है।
- JPG format में upload करें।
Important Rule Before Payment
Official Council instructions applicants को payment करने से पहले Preview Final Submission के जरिए सभी entries और uploaded documents verify करने को कहती हैं।
Name, DOB, course, marksheet details, Aadhaar information और uploaded images payment से पहले carefully verify करना बहुत जरूरी है।
Other State Candidates – Important Rule
Other-state passout candidates के लिए UP Nursing Council registration में additional verification process लागू होती है।
- Other State Nursing Council से registered candidate का registration certificate upload करना होता है।
- UP Council certificate संबंधित Other State Council verification प्राप्त होने के बाद ही issue किया जाएगा।
- Candidate को अपने parent Nursing Council में NOC-related formalities पहले complete करने की सलाह दी गई है।
- Training Centre और training period Indian Nursing Council की suitable institution list में applicable period पर valid होना चाहिए।
Do Not Make Duplicate Payments
अगर online payment fail या discrepancy show करे तो repeatedly payment करने से बचें। Council instructions के अनुसार confirmation के बाद ही दूसरा payment attempt करना चाहिए ताकि duplicate payment का risk न हो।
Payment-related problem के लिए application reference number, candidate name और mobile number के साथ Council के official support channel से संपर्क करें।

How to Check Application Status
Already online application submit कर चुके candidates official registration system में अपने valid Online Reference Number और Registered Mobile Number के जरिए existing application process access/check कर सकते हैं।
Reference number को सुरक्षित रखना जरूरी है क्योंकि payment/query या application processing के समय इसकी आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है।

U.P. Nurses & Midwives Council की official website registration certificate को online issue किए जाने की information दिखाती है। Certificate issue होने से पहले applicant की eligibility और applicable verification conditions पूरी होना जरूरी हो सकता है।
