SSB PET/PST Admit Card 2026: Sashastra Seema Bal ने Constable से Sub Inspector (Non-GD) Recruitment 2025-26 के candidates के लिए PET और PST E-Admit Card जारी कर दिया है। यह physical recruitment process Constable Tradesman, Head Constable, Medical Cadre, Assistant Sub Inspector और Sub Inspector की अलग-अलग posts के लिए आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
Current consolidated recruitment listing में कुल 1,194 vacancies शामिल हैं। इनमें Constable Tradesman के 827, Head Constable के 233, Medical Head Constable/Constable के 76, Sub Inspector के 51 और Assistant Sub Inspector के 7 posts शामिल हैं। इन सभी recruitment groups के eligible candidates के लिए Physical Efficiency Test और Physical Standard Test recruitment का पहला stage है।
SSB के official notice के अनुसार PET/PST August 2026 के third week से शुरू किया जाएगा। सभी candidates की physical test date, reporting time और centre एक जैसी नहीं होगी। Candidate को अपने E-Admit Card में दी गई individual date, reporting time, venue और instructions को ही final मानना चाहिए।
Candidates को PET/PST के लिए केवल physical preparation पर ध्यान नहीं देना चाहिए बल्कि Admit Card पर उपलब्ध candidate details और document instructions भी carefully check करनी चाहिए। Physical stage qualify करने के बाद आगे की recruitment process संबंधित post के official notification के अनुसार होगी। इसलिए अलग-अलग post groups की eligibility और subsequent stages भी अलग हो सकती हैं।

PET क्या है?
PET – Physical Efficiency Test candidate की physical fitness और endurance evaluate करने के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है। इसमें applicable post, gender और recruitment conditions के अनुसार prescribed physical activity qualify करनी होती है।
Physical Efficiency Test qualifying stage होता है। Candidate को अपने concerned post के official advertisement में दिए PET standards को ही final मानना चाहिए।
PST क्या है?
PST – Physical Standard Test में candidate के prescribed physical measurements verify किए जाते हैं। इनमें applicable recruitment rules के अनुसार height, chest या अन्य physical standards शामिल हो सकते हैं।
Category, gender और applicable relaxation के कारण standards अलग हो सकते हैं। इसलिए किसी दूसरे post या category का physical standard अपने ऊपर लागू न करें।
क्या PET/PST Recruitment का First Stage है?
हां। SSB के 29 July 2026 के official notice में साफ किया गया है कि Constable से Sub Inspector Non-GD recruitment process का first stage PET और PST होगा।
Physical stage में qualify होने के बाद candidate आगे संबंधित advertisement में निर्धारित subsequent recruitment process के लिए consider किया जाएगा।

- SSB Constable to SI Non-GD PET/PST E-Admit Card portal खुलेगा।
- Portal पर मांगी गई candidate login details enter करें।
- Captcha या required verification complete करें।
- Submit / Login button पर click करें।
- Screen पर अपना E-Admit Card open करें।

Admit Card Download नहीं हो रहा तो क्या करें?

Physical Test के दिन क्या लेकर जाएं?
Candidates को सबसे पहले अपने individual E-Admit Card में दिए instructions follow करने चाहिए। सामान्य तैयारी के लिए Admit Card और identity-related documents पहले से ready रखें।

Different Posts के लिए अलग Application Portals क्यों हैं?
Current SSB recruitment में Constable, Head Constable, Medical Cadre, Assistant Sub Inspector और Sub Inspector के अलग recruitment groups हैं। इसी कारण original applications के लिए अलग-अलग portals उपलब्ध कराए गए थे।
हालांकि PET/PST का latest E-Admit Card update Constable से Sub Inspector Non-GD recruitment को combined रूप से cover करता है। Candidate को application के समय जिस post के लिए form भरा था उसी post की details अपने Admit Card पर verify करनी चाहिए।
