RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala ने Apprentices Act, 1961 के तहत 734 Act Apprentice seats के लिए नई recruitment notification जारी की है। यह opportunity उन candidates के लिए useful है जिन्होंने 10th के साथ संबंधित trade में ITI / National Trade Certificate complete किया है और Indian Railways की production unit में apprenticeship training लेना चाहते हैं।

RCF Apprentice Online Form 07 August 2026 से शुरू हो चुका है और candidates 05 September 2026 रात 24:00 hrs तक application submit कर सकते हैं। Recruitment में Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Painter, Carpenter, Electrician, AC & Refrigeration Mechanic, Mechanic Motor Vehicle और Electronic Mechanic सहित कुल 9 trades शामिल हैं।

इस recruitment की खास बात यह है कि candidate को किसी written examination या interview में appear नहीं करना है। Selection के लिए merit list Matriculation और संबंधित ITI/NTC में प्राप्त percentage के simple average के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी। Merit में shortlisted candidates को Document Verification और Medical Fitness process complete करना होगा।

Educational Qualification

RCF Act Apprentice Recruitment के लिए candidate को निम्न दोनों conditions पूरी करनी होंगी:

Recognised Board से Class 10 / Matriculation या equivalent exam minimum 50% aggregate marks के साथ pass किया हो.
जिस trade में apprenticeship करनी है उसी notified trade में National Trade Certificate – NTC issued by NCVT होना चाहिए.

केवल 10th pass या केवल ITI certificate से eligibility complete नहीं होती। Candidate को notification में prescribed academic और trade qualification दोनों conditions check करनी चाहिए।

No Written Exam and No Interview: Candidate का selection मुख्य रूप से Class 10 और relevant ITI marks की merit पर होगा।

Merit List कैसे बनेगी?

RCF Apprentice merit list Matriculation और ITI में प्राप्त percentage का simple average लेकर बनाई जाएगी।

उदाहरण के लिए अगर candidate के Matriculation में 70% और ITI में 80% marks हैं, तो merit calculation का simple average 75% होगा।

Tie होने पर क्या होगा?

Same merit marks होने पर अधिक उम्र वाले candidate को preference मिलेगी.
Date of Birth भी same होने पर जिसने Matriculation पहले pass की है उसे preference मिलेगी.

Matriculation Marks Calculation

Merit के लिए Class 10 percentage calculate करते समय candidate के सभी subjects के marks consider किए जाएंगे, केवल selected subjects या best subjects के marks नहीं।

अगर marks CGPA format में हैं तो notification में prescribed conversion rule के अनुसार percentage calculate करनी होगी।

Document Verification में क्या लगेगा?

Merit list में shortlisted candidates को original certificates के साथ Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Candidates को application process से ही relevant documents सुरक्षित रखने चाहिए।

Medical Fitness

Final apprentice engagement से पहले candidate को Apprentices Act और applicable Apprenticeship Rules के अनुसार medically fit होना जरूरी है। Shortlisted candidate को prescribed medical certificate/document verification instructions follow करनी होंगी।

RCF Apprentice Stipend

Selected apprentices को apprenticeship training के दौरान stipend Railway Board द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी applicable rules और Apprenticeship provisions के अनुसार मिलेगा।

Notification में सभी trades के लिए एक fixed monthly salary को regular Railway salary की तरह treat नहीं किया गया है। Apprentice को applicable stipend मिलेगा, regular employee salary नहीं।

क्या Hostel मिलेगा?

RCF notification के अनुसार apprentice training के दौरान hostel accommodation provide नहीं किया जाएगा। Selected candidate को stay और personal accommodation की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।

क्या Apprenticeship के बाद Railway Job मिलेगी?

Apprenticeship training complete करने से candidate को RCF या Indian Railways में permanent appointment का automatic right नहीं मिलता। यह recruitment मुख्य रूप से Apprentices Act के अंतर्गत practical training के लिए है।
