NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) ने experienced professionals के लिए नई Manager Recruitment 2026 जारी की है। Advertisement No. 03/26 के तहत Renewable Energy, Finance और Land functions में कुल 34 Manager posts पर regular recruitment की जाएगी।
Online application 11 August 2026 सुबह 10:00 बजे से शुरू हो चुका है। Eligible candidates 31 August 2026 शाम 6:00 बजे तक NGEL recruitment portal के माध्यम से form submit कर सकते हैं।
इस recruitment में सबसे अधिक 28 vacancies Manager-RE की हैं। इसके अलावा Manager-Finance के 5 और Manager-Land का 1 post है। सभी posts E-4 Grade में हैं और pay scale ₹70,000 से ₹2,00,000 है।
यह fresher recruitment नहीं है। तीनों Manager posts के लिए relevant field में substantial professional experience required है। इसलिए form भरने से पहले qualification और experience profile को carefully match करना जरूरी है।

Manager-RE Qualification
Manager-RE के लिए candidate के पास recognized University/Institution से Full-Time Engineering Graduation और minimum 60% marks होने चाहिए।

Manager-RE Experience
Candidate के पास Power Sector में minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience होना चाहिए।
इसमें से कम से कम 4 years experience Renewable Energy Developer के relevant department में होना चाहिए, जिसके पास कम से कम 50 MW या उससे अधिक grid-connected Solar/Wind/BESS projects हों।

Manager-Finance Qualification
Qualification appropriate statutory authority से recognized institute की होनी चाहिए।
Manager-Finance के लिए minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience Finance/Accounts area में required है। Articleship period experience में count नहीं होगा।
SAP, MS Office और Data Analytics knowledge वाले candidates को preference मिल सकती है। Renewable Energy Developer Company में काम कर चुके candidates को भी preference दी जाएगी।
Manager-Land Qualification
Manager-Land के लिए निम्न में से applicable full-time qualification और minimum 60% marks required हैं:
- PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Programme in Rural Management

Manager-Land Experience
Candidate के पास minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience land acquisition, land aggregation या land management में होना चाहिए।
इसमें से कम से कम 4 years relevant experience Renewable Energy Developer के 50 MW या उससे अधिक Solar/Wind/BESS projects से संबंधित land acquisition/management में होना चाहिए।
