IOCL Northern Region Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited के Marketing Division, Northern Region ने Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice और Data Entry Operator Apprentice के लिए कुल 433 apprenticeship seats जारी की हैं। ये opportunities Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan और Uttarakhand में उपलब्ध हैं।

यह apprenticeship खास तौर पर 10th + ITI, Diploma, 12th और सामान्य BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA Graduation qualification रखने वाले young candidates के लिए useful है जो IndianOil जैसी PSU company में practical industrial training प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं। अलग-अलग discipline के लिए qualification अलग है, इसलिए candidate को अपने course के अनुसार सही Discipline Code चुनना जरूरी है।

इस apprenticeship recruitment की खास बात यह है कि इसमें कोई written examination या interview नहीं है। Eligible applicants की merit prescribed educational qualification में मिले marks के आधार पर बनेगी। Shortlisted candidates को Document Verification और Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness process पूरा करना होगा।

Candidate के पास संबंधित Engineering discipline में 3-year regular full-time Diploma होना चाहिए।

Candidate ने Matric / Class 10 के साथ संबंधित trade में regular full-time 2-year ITI course किया हो।

Data Entry Operator Fresher – Code 113

Candidate ने Class 12 pass की हो लेकिन Graduate नहीं होना चाहिए।

Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate – Code 114

Candidate Class 12 pass हो लेकिन Graduate न हो। इसके साथ Domestic Data Entry Operator का recognised Skill Certificate भी होना चाहिए।

Important Qualification Rule: Notification में prescribed qualification regular full-time mode की होनी चाहिए। Part-Time, Correspondence या Distance Learning qualification वाले candidates notified disciplines के लिए eligible नहीं हैं।

Higher Qualification वाले Candidates के लिए जरूरी Rule

IOCL Apprentice notification में सामान्य recruitments से अलग एक important condition दी गई है। कुछ higher professional qualifications रखने या ऐसी qualification complete करने वाले candidates apprentice engagement के लिए eligible नहीं माने जाएंगे।

Qualification Passing Date का Rule

NAPS और NATS applicants जिन्होंने prescribed qualification हासिल करने के बाद 31 August 2026 तक पांच वर्ष पूरे कर लिए हैं, वे apprenticeship engagement के लिए eligible नहीं होंगे।

Diploma या Vocational Certificate holder candidate जिसने qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक job experience हासिल किया है, उसके लिए भी notification में eligibility restriction दी गई है।

Merit List कैसे बनेगी?

Merit List संबंधित apprentice discipline के लिए prescribed qualification में candidate द्वारा प्राप्त percentage of marks के आधार पर तैयार होगी।

Higher qualification marks वाले candidate को higher merit मिलेगी।
दो candidates के marks समान होने पर पहले older candidate को preference मिलेगी।
Date of Birth भी समान होने पर Class 10 में higher percentage वाले candidate को preference मिलेगी।
पहली बार apprenticeship training के लिए apply करने वाले candidates को preference दी जाएगी।

क्या एक से ज्यादा Discipline के लिए Apply कर सकते हैं?

नहीं। Official notification के अनुसार candidate केवल एक Discipline Code के लिए apply कर सकता है।

एक से अधिक Discipline Code के लिए आवेदन करने वाले candidates की applications summarily reject की जा सकती हैं। इसलिए NAPS/NATS application submit करने से पहले सही trade और discipline जरूर choose करें।

OBC-NCL Candidates के लिए Important Rule

OBC reservation claim करने वाले candidates के पास Government of India prescribed format का valid OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate होना चाहिए। Notification के अनुसार certificate सामान्यतः 01 September 2025 या उसके बाद जारी हुआ होना चाहिए ताकि 31 August 2026 cut-off पर वह 12 months से अधिक पुराना न हो।

OBC Creamy Layer candidates OBC reservation benefit claim नहीं कर सकते। यदि वे UR age और eligibility standards पूरा करते हैं तो UR category के रूप में apply कर सकते हैं।

Medical Fitness

Merit में shortlisted candidates को apprenticeship engagement से पहले IndianOil के prescribed standards के अनुसार Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test complete करना होगा।

Medical tests / investigations पर eligible candidate द्वारा किए गए expenses में से receipt के आधार पर अधिकतम ₹3,000 तक reimbursement का provision notification में दिया गया है।

क्या Microsoft Form भरना जरूरी है?
