CLAT 2027 – संक्षिप्त जानकारी

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) एक national-level law entrance examination है, जिसे Consortium of National Law Universities आयोजित करता है। CLAT UG score से participating National Law Universities के five-year integrated law programmes में और CLAT PG score से postgraduate law programmes में admission मिलता है।

Payment online mode—Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallet या portal पर उपलब्ध अन्य माध्यम—से किया जा सकता है। Category-wise final fee, applicable bank charges तथा any optional material fee application portal पर verify करें।

Age Limit

CLAT 2027 UG और PG के लिए कोई upper age limit नहीं है। Candidate को संबंधित course की educational qualification और category requirements पूरी करनी होंगी।

CLAT UG 2027 Eligibility

• Candidate ने recognized board से 10+2 / Intermediate या equivalent examination पास की हो।
• General/OBC category के लिए कम-से-कम 45% marks आवश्यक हैं।
• Reserved category के लिए कम-से-कम 40% marks आवश्यक हैं।
• Class 12 passed और qualifying examination में appearing candidates दोनों apply कर सकते हैं। Appearing candidates को admission के समय qualifying proof देना होगा।

UG programmes: Participating NLU के अनुसार B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., B.Sc. LL.B. या अन्य five-year integrated law programmes उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं। Course और seat details संबंधित NLU brochure में देखें।

CLAT PG 2027 Eligibility

• Candidate के पास recognized university से LL.B. degree या equivalent law degree होनी चाहिए।
• General/OBC category के लिए minimum 55% marks आवश्यक हैं।
• Reserved category के लिए minimum 50% marks आवश्यक हैं।
• Final-year passed और appearing candidates दोनों apply कर सकते हैं, लेकिन admission के समय prescribed qualification proof देना होगा।

CLAT PG 2027 Exam Pattern

• Question paper में law subjects से comprehension-based objective questions पूछे जाते हैं।
• Duration 2 hours और maximum marks 120 हैं।
• हर सही उत्तर पर 1 mark तथा गलत उत्तर पर 0.25 mark की negative marking रहती है।
• मुख्य areas में Constitutional Law तथा Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Contract, Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax, Environmental और Labour & Industrial Law जैसे विषय शामिल हैं।

Required Documents

• Recent passport-size photograph और scanned signature.
• Valid mobile number, email address और identity proof.
• Class 10 certificate/marksheet for date-of-birth verification.
• CLAT UG के लिए Class 12 marksheet/certificate या appearing details.
• CLAT PG के लिए LL.B./equivalent degree marksheets या final-year details.
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD/BPL certificate, यदि applicable हो।
• Domicile/residence certificate, यदि किसी NLU reservation claim के लिए आवश्यक हो।

Photograph, signature और certificates की exact file type तथा size registration portal पर दिखाई गई specification के अनुसार ही रखें। गलत या अस्पष्ट document application/admission verification में समस्या पैदा कर सकता है।

CLAT 2027 Online Form कैसे भरें?

1. नीचे Important Links में Apply Online button खोलें। Link 3 August 2026 से active होगा।
2. Mobile number और email से registration करके login credentials बनाएं।
3. UG या PG programme चुनें और personal, address तथा academic details भरें।
4. अपनी preferred NLUs और exam-city preferences सही क्रम में चुनें, जहाँ portal पर मांगा जाए।
5. Photograph, signature और applicable category/reservation documents upload करें।
6. Preview में spelling, DOB, category, course और सभी entries ध्यान से check करें।
7. Application fee जमा करके confirmation page download और print कर सुरक्षित रखें।

ध्यान दें: केवल fee payment होने पर form complete माना जाएगा। अंतिम दिन server load से बचने के लिए समय रहते application submit करें।
