Seat Allot होने के बाद क्या करें?

BCECE Counselling portal पर Registration Number और Password से login करें।
First Round का Provisional Allotment Order download करें।
Allotment Order में दिए गए Reporting या Nodal Centre की जानकारी देखें।
निर्धारित तारीख के अंदर सभी original documents के साथ centre पर report करें।
Document Verification और eligibility verification पूरा कराएं।
Verification Slip और Biometric Form की copy सुरक्षित रखें।
Seat retain करनी है या अगले round में upgradation चाहिए, इसका विकल्प counselling instructions के अनुसार चुनें।
Allotted institute में admission fee और अन्य formalities समय पर पूरी करें।

Upgradation Option क्या है?

First Round में allotted उम्मीदवार बेहतर college अथवा branch के लिए अगले round में Upgradation का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं। Upgradation चुनने के बाद भी निर्धारित Reporting Centre पर First Round का Document Verification कराना आवश्यक है।

Upgradation मिलने पर Second Round में नया college या branch allot हो सकता है।
नई seat allot होने पर First Round की पुरानी seat खाली हो जाएगी।
Upgradation नहीं मिलने पर नियमों के अनुसार First Round की seat retain रह सकती है।
Upgradation option नहीं चुनने वाले उम्मीदवार अगले round में बेहतर preference के लिए consider नहीं किए जा सकते।

Upgradation या seat retention का विकल्प चुनने से पहले counselling portal पर दिए गए official instructions ध्यान से पढ़ें।

सभी certificates की original copy के साथ self-attested photocopies भी लेकर जाएं। Documents का format और validity Bihar Government तथा BCECEB के नियमों के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

Document Verification के जरूरी निर्देश

Reporting Centre पर Allotment Order में दिए गए समय के अनुसार पहुंचें।
Original documents के बिना verification पूरा नहीं किया जा सकता।
Candidate Name, Date of Birth और Parents Name documents में समान होने चाहिए।
Category benefit लेने वाले उम्मीदवार valid category certificate लेकर जाएं।
Document Verification पूरा होने के बाद Verification Slip सुरक्षित रखें।
Admission और upgradation से संबंधित option ध्यान से दर्ज करें।
निर्धारित समय तक verification नहीं कराने पर allotted seat cancel हो सकती है।

First Round में seat allot होने के बावजूद निर्धारित अवधि में Document Verification नहीं कराने वाले उम्मीदवार की allotted seat vacant मानी जा सकती है और वह आगे की counselling के लिए अयोग्य हो सकता है।

First Round में Seat Allot नहीं हुई तो क्या करें?

जिन उम्मीदवारों को First Round में कोई seat allot नहीं हुई है, उन्हें counselling portal और Second Round Result पर नजर रखनी चाहिए। उपलब्ध seats, rank, category और locked choices के आधार पर Second Round में seat allot हो सकती है।

Second Round Result 12 अगस्त 2026 को निर्धारित है।
First Round में seat नहीं मिलने वाले candidate को नया choice filling अवसर केवल official notification के अनुसार मिलेगा।
Locked choices और rank के आधार पर अगले round में allotment हो सकता है।
Second Round के बाद allotment मिलने पर निर्धारित तारीख में reporting जरूरी होगी।
